Frequently Asked Questions

At what age do kids start using this?

Most families start around the readiness signs — usually 18 months to 3 years — and the training seat is sized for that whole window. The ladder and seat adjust as they grow into the full toilet.

What are the actual dimensions?

It measures about 22" at the widest point, with the rest of the numbers in the specs. Measure your spot against those before ordering — thirty seconds now saves a courier round trip later.

Will it fit our toilet?

The seat is made to fit standard and elongated toilets — the footprint adapts as shown in the photos. If you have an unusual shape, check the dimensions against your bowl first.

Is it steady when they climb on?

That is the design — the wide base, anti-slip pads, and handholds mean they climb up and sit with confidence. Steady enough that they do not need a spotter forever.

Does it prevent splashes for boys?

The raised splash guard handles the main event, and the seat shape keeps things aimed right. A tiny bit of aiming practice completes the setup.

Is it easy to clean?

The splash guard and smooth surfaces wipe down in seconds, and the seat lifts off for the full clean. Fewer crevices is the whole trick.
