Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed through this store and form the agreement between you and Nexora Market.

Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel the order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total, including applicable sales tax and shipping. Payment is due at the time of order.

Prices, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are in US dollars, are subject to change without notice, and exclude sales tax unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated and do not apply to prior purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped, for a full refund. After shipment, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Delivery, Title & Risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for inspecting items on delivery and reporting visible damage within 48 hours.

Assembly

Some products require assembly. You are responsible for assembling them according to the included instructions. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper assembly, modification, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, carrier disruption, labor disputes, or government action.
