Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Items marked as pre-order show their ship date on the product page.

Transit Times (Estimates)

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier network issues, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned or redelivered because of an address error, the additional shipping cost will be billed to you. Freight shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the address you provided. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Assembly & Placement

Large items ship with tools and instructions. Freight deliveries are curbside unless in-home delivery was selected at checkout; you are responsible for moving items into your home and for assembly.
