What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the local payment options shown at checkout. Every transaction runs through encrypted checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 2–7 business days. Oversized items travel by freight and may take a little longer.

Do you offer free shipping?
Every order ships free within the continental US — no minimum. Remote addresses show exact rates at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

What's the return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is on us. Change-of-mind returns are at your cost. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Warranty?
If an item turns out to be defective, contact us with photos or a short video and we’ll review it and work out a fair solution with you. Covers manufacturing defects — not normal wear or accidental damage.

Care Tips

Keep solid wood out of prolonged direct sun and standing water. Machine-wash linens cold and air-dry. Brush rattan with a soft brush; never soak it.
